Dropping Down – Dyana Valentine
I first listened to this spoken poem in April 2012 via Bentlily’s site, rattled, restless, at a crossroads and unaware that my life was about zip off at a right angle.
It made a whole lot of sense, and it unsettled me further.
Read aloud it’s beautiful and I’d love to be able to find a printed copy to read at the same time as listening, an act which keeps me grounded and actually listening [a little bit like breathing-focussed meditation – anything else and I’m out the window, planning future dinners].
